How to Apply
enrolment procedure
International Students
Before you commence your enrolment with ACE, please ensure you have reviewed and satisfied the entry requirements and tuition fees applicable to your course.
Once we receive your application and documents, our admissions team will review your application. If approved, you will then be issued a Letter of Offer and Student Acceptance Agreement. This terms of this letter and agreement must be reviewed carefully. Once reviewed, if you are willing to proceed to enrolment, you must sign this letter and agreement and arrange payment of the deposit and enrolment fee (non-refundable) to ACE.
Payment can be made via Cheque, Money Order, Credit Card (in person at ACE’s Head Office) or via Electronic Transfer of Funds to ACE’s Bank Account as follows:

Once the signed Letter of Offer and Student Acceptance Agreement and deposit is received; ACE will confirm the student’s acceptance into their nominated training program and issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) via PRISMS (for International Students only). The student can apply for a student visa using their CoE.

To apply for one of our international courses, please complete our online enrolment form or by downloading our international enrolment form and submitting it our admissions team in person or via email at admission@ace.vic.edu.au.
Alternatively, you may elect to apply via an approved Education Agent. ACE has engaged several Education Agents to recruit on our behalf. For a list of our agents, please visit our agents page.
Domestic Students – Government-Funded Courses
